It was a whirlwind of a week but we started some fun stuff in math and science!
Math: This week we worked on patterning and word problems with penguins and pizzas.
Science: We are starting to explore and compare the North and South Poles. We are also starting to write a non-fiction book based on our observations of the chicks in 3-Day. Each student chose an egg in the incubator that they are going to observe. We discussed what it means to observe with a critical eye and next week will do some research on the lifecycle of chickens.
