The warm weather this week got us all thinking about June Bugs. Some of the children were talking about playing at the "Bowen Beach," digging for treasure in the sandbox, and "camping" in the big room. The teachers and I have also been getting ready. This year the Crickets will be led by our 5-Day teacher, Cathy, and Terry Curtain. Terry is an alumni mom and teacher, and you and your child may also know her from Time for Partners. The Dragonflies will be led by our Pre-K team, Sarah and Martine. We met this week to plan this year's activities, and I am very excited about some of the new ideas we have for this year! Here is a sneak peek at some of the fun activities we have planned... -Make your own terrariums -A collaborative nature mural -A visit from Puddlestompers -Clay nature sculptures
-A special secret Father's Day gift -All time favorites, including the Bowen Roadway, Beach Day, Nature Wands, UV beads and more! We have only two spots remaining, so if you have not yet signed up and you would like a spot, please let me know! Best, Nina
